Welcome to Upayon. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our platform, applications, and purchasing services. By accessing Upayon, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these terms.
1. Account Creation & Eligibility
By opening an account or purchasing items via Upayon, you certify that you are at least 18 years old. You are solely responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and updating your delivery profile details accurately.
2. Third-Party Sign-In Security
When logging into Upayon via Integrated OAuth apps (Google or Facebook Login), you remain strictly bound to their respective platform terms. Upayon assumes no liability for access issues, security logs, or account lockouts directly originating from native Google or Meta network infrastructure errors.
3. Pricing and Product Information
While we work hard to prevent pricing errors, catalog listings or typographical system glitches can happen. Upayon retains full rights to cancel, modify, or reject any processed or unpaid orders if product info was inaccurately posted, even after a confirmation dispatch.
4. Shipping and Risk Allocation
All listed arrival times are dynamic estimates provided by third-party delivery services. Risk of product damage or transit loss legally shifts onto the customer once package shipments are handed over to the independent courier dispatch networks.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Upayon, its founders, or logistics network partners be held responsible for indirect, operational, or consequential damages resulting from platform downtime, delayed cargo routing, or unexecuted digital transaction pipelines.
5. Governing Law
These legal provisions shall be regulated, interpreted, and applied matching the corporate laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Any statutory litigation or local dispute resolution must be submitted exclusively under the jurisdiction of courts based in Dhaka.
